What can I say about Gayle, wonderful, amazing, a hero! Honestly words are not enough. Gayle was our wedding month- of- coordinator. We wanted a smaller (100ppl) back yard- type wedding, very "diy". How hard can that be right? We thought we had it all together until the moment we sat down with Gayle and realized we weren't quite there. Gayle has been instrumental in helping me and my fiance plan our destination wedding in April 2017. We are from the New York area and I knew I wanted a beach wedding. I originally set my sights on NC and tried to research myself. I soon found myself overwhelmed and reached out to Gayle for help. She helped us find venues that suited our taste, while also showing us options we hadn't considered before. We finally settled on a wonderful location in Jacksonville FL and I could not be more thrilled. So far we have taken one trip to Florida to secure the venue and other vendors. Gayle helped me with a surprise corporate retirement party. She did an excellent job. She kept me on task making sure that everything got done on time or ahead of time. Hiring Gayle as our wedding planner was the best decision I ever made. With only 6 months to plan, we definitely needed help and decided to hire Gayle for month-of services. Both she and her assistant Morgan were a pleasure to work with. Even though Gayle was contracted for the month-of, she still made herself available to help with questions throughout the 6 months. She was extremely organized,responsive, and on top of everything. As a type “A” person, I often micromanage, but none of that was necessary with Gayle. It was a wonderful feeling to be able to let go and know that she had everythingunder control. Gayle not only efficiently managed our wedding, but she’s an expert at putting out fires. Two weeks before the big day, and unbeknownst to us, my DJ’s company was undergoing updates to their telephone system and website. I had been trying to get in touch with them with no luck and started to panic. I called Gayle and she jumped right into action. She called, emailed, and texted relentlessly until someone responded and explained the situation. She also made sure someone provided her with emergency contact information and direct contact information for our DJ. She was professional and her efforts were indefatigable. During the next two weeks, she coordinated last minute logistics with all of our vendors and made sure everything was ready to run smoothly on the big day. She also worked great with my family members who helped with the wedding too. I cannot imagine having had our wedding without her help. Gayle assisted me with my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. I needed her at the event site to set-up the decorations and oversee the vendors, including the caterer.
