Hiring Gayle as our wedding planner was the best decision I ever made. With only 6 months to plan, we definitely needed help and decided to hire Gayle for month-of services. Both she and her assistant Morgan were a pleasure to work with. Even though Gayle was contracted for the month-of, she still made herself available to help with questions throughout the 6 months. She was extremely organized,responsive, and on top of everything. As a type “A” person, I often micromanage, but none of that was necessary with Gayle. It was a wonderful feeling to be able to let go and know that she had everythingunder control. Gayle not only efficiently managed our wedding, but she’s an expert at putting out fires. Two weeks before the big day, and unbeknownst to us, my DJ’s company was undergoing updates to their telephone system and website. I had been trying to get in touch with them with no luck and started to panic. I called Gayle and she jumped right into action. She called, emailed, and texted relentlessly until someone responded and explained the situation. She also made sure someone provided her with emergency contact information and direct contact information for our DJ. She was professional and her efforts were indefatigable. During the next two weeks, she coordinated last minute logistics with all of our vendors and made sure everything was ready to run smoothly on the big day. She also worked great with my family members who helped with the wedding too. I cannot imagine having had our wedding without her help.
